New business centre updates - April 2021

Construction in South Galson has reached completion of the timber kit and the contractor, CalMax Construction, is now focusing on fitting the external cladding. Internal framing is well advanced, and services are being led in to different areas of the building. Key milestones are completion of the external building envelope by the middle of May and installation of services throughout the structure by early July. Handover to Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn is scheduled for September.

The building is similar in size to the previous premises but the layout has been remodelled to create more flexible and open-plan accommodation.

Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn staff continue to work from home until restrictions are eased, currently estimated by the Scottish Government as the end of June.
