Plòigh is a holiday activity club in the Galson Estate, taking place during the Easter, Summer and October holidays. Plòigh activities are aimed at school-aged children, with separate sessions for younger and older children. It is open to both residents of and visitors to Galson and Barvas Estate; Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn subsidises place for Galson Estate residents, and Urras Sgìre Oighreachd Bharabhais subsidises places for Barvas Estate residents, in a bid to make the activities as accessible as possible. 

 

This project is a joint partnership between Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn (Galson Estate Trust), Urras Sgìre Oighreachd Bharabhais, Spòrsnis, RSPB, Taigh Dhonnchaidh, Comunn na Gàidhlig (CnaG), Barvas and Brue Community Hall and Clan MacQuarrie.

Summer Plòigh will take place on 30th June - 4th July and 7th - 11th July! Places must be booked via Bookwhen which you can access below.
