Plòigh is a holiday activity club in the Galson Estate, taking place during the Easter, Summer and October holidays. Plòigh activities are usually aimed at Sgoil Àraich (nursery) and primary aged children, whilst Plòigh Mhòr is open to those aged 12+ years.  It is open to both residents of and visitors to the Galson Estate, and Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn subsidises the places in a bid to make the activities as accessible as possible. This project is a joint partnership between Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn (Galson Estate Trust), Spòrsnis, RSPB, Taigh Dhonnchaidh, Comunn na Gàidhlig (CnaG), Barvas and Blue Community Hall and Clan MacQuarrie.
