Jen Adil-Smith joined the team as Administrator in March 2023. Her role is to support the administrative team, and to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the Urras office.

Jen was previously worked for more than 25 years as a radiographer in the NHS all over the UK, most recently at Western Isles Hospital.

She lives in Knockaird with her family, where she spends her spare time growing flowers and veg on the croft.
