INTRODUCTION TO ROCK CLIMBING

Join us for an introductory rock climbing session at Port Stoth, Ness with our resident instructor Isi Oakley. This session is open to everyone aged 16 and over and all the safety equipment is provided. A rock climbing myth is that you require good upper body strength. This is not the situation at all so please consider booking on and giving it a go. Lots of fun guaranteed whether you are still in your teens or of the older generations.
